Bracing For New Round Of Conspiracy Theories
We can just hear the conspiracy theorists and critics of The Hanso Foundation champing at the bit over yet another clip of Gary Troup discussing his work.
In this one, Troup reveals (as far as we know for the first time) that he wouldn't discuss his views of Hanso too deeply because he intended to write a book on the subject. He limits his comments to insinuating that the Foundation is not as benevolent as it makes itself out to be.
Conveniently, he offers no evidence for such a statement. Convenient for enemies of The Hanso Foundation's good works is the fact that shortly after this interview was filmed, Troup happened to perish in the crash of Flight 815, which they now will spin as "proof" that he was killed before he could reveal the "truth" about the Foundation.
Update: Once again, it appears tht Hyperion Books will not back down. The clip, of course, is linked from the publisher's own Gary Troup website.
